class=\"x-accordion-inner\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Stadswoningen Kralingen.<\/span><\/h2>\n<span  class=\"x-dropcap\" >D<\/span>e Palestinastraat bestaat uit 16 royale stadswoningen in een aantal verschillende typen met woning. De plattegrond van zowel de begane grond als de eerste verdieping zijn van allen typen woningen gelijk echter zit het verschil in de voorgevel en de tweede verdieping. Deelproject Aegidiusstraat bestaat uit 12 stadswoningen en er is evenals bij deelproject Palestinastraat voor gekozen om statige eengezinswoningen met een rijke architectuur toe te passen. Door de diepte van de kavels en het ontbreken van een \u2018achterom\u2019 zijn de woningen bijzonder breed (ca. 6,6 m breed). Dit zorgt voor een enorme ruime woonkamer en veel lichtinval. De berging is aan de voorzijde gesitueerd en biedt voldoende plek voor fietsen, etc. De brede woning kent een lekkere brede tuin gelegen op het noord-westen.
